LECHE FLAN

HOW TO COOK LECHE FLAN

MATERIALS:
  1. STEAMMING FAN
  2. LAÑERA
  3. FOIL
INGREDIENTS:
  1. 8 EGGS FULL
  2. 1 CAN CONDENSE MILK
  3. 5 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
PROCEDURE:
  1. CARAMELIZE ENOUGH BROWN SUGAR IN A LAÑERA.
  2. MIX 8 WHOLE EGGS AND 1 CAN CONDENSE MILK IN A BOWL.
  3. POUR THE MIXTURE IN THE LAÑERA WITH CARAMELIZED BROWN SUGAR. AND COVER WITH FOIL.
  4. STEAMMER THE MIXTURE FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES TILL THICK AND FORMS BREAD.
  5. PUT IT IN A PLATE FOR SERVING.
  6. GOOD FOR 12 PERSONS.
  7. SERVE WITH COLD DRINKS LIKE ICED TEA, COLA OR JUICE.
